ODIN modules

ODIN is a modular system. You can have all these modules present in your setup or just a few. It's your choice, and by reducing the amount of modules you don't use, you can reduce costs too.

Bookings

This is the place you can take care of your customer. Here you can handle all aspects of your customers bookings, payments, add and delete items, see notes and history, payment log and invoices. Read more.

Flights

Here you can set up the flights you want to sell on your website. You can seperate the seat allocation onto different classes and order them by priority to sell the most inexpensive one first (or vice-versa if you want to, you have control). You can also email all the passengers on the flight, see how fast the flight has sold and much more. Read more.

Hotels

In the hotels section you can set up all your hotel contracts. You can have different roomtypes, and set up price ranges for those rooms. There is a very easy to use availability window for each hotel where you can control precisely price pr. day on each roomtype. Read more.

Cars

If you want to allow your customers to rent cars at your destinations, you can set all that up here. You can set up different car types, add and edit price ranges for those types. Read more.

Services

If you have any extra services you want to sell, you can set them up here. A golf round, theatre tickets, transfer to/from the airport, insurance and so on. The possibillities are endless. Read more.

Packages

In the Package module you can pre define a package for your customers. If you have a flight with 20 seats, and 20 tickets to Barcelona - Real Madrid, you have a great opportunity to sell those items together. But in dynamic packaging, you can't guarantee that the flights won't sell without the football ticket. That's why you package those two together, with a hotel of course, and sell that as a single package. Read more.

Customers

Here you can handle everything about the customer. You can even create an empty booking for each customer if you want to add items to his booking at a later date. Read more.

Logs

There are 4 different logs here. User log which tracks all user activity. System error log which shows all system errors. Failed booking log where you can see why people can't finish up their bookings. Finally an email log, where all emails going from the system are tracked. You can search all these logs by date. Read more.

Reports

Our reporting module is really useful for all those who manage your company. We can create custom reports for you in no time at all, without coming near the database. You can then run those reports at will anytime. Read more.

Amadeus

We can import Amadeus bookings from so colled AIR files. Bookings created in the Amadeus flight engine can be exported to a single directory as files. We can import those files, and create bookings from them. You can then handle all the booking from the bookings module. We have even created a BSP reporting module, where you can upload the files from BSP, and we compare that file with the data we have in the bookings you have imported from Amadeus. Read more.

Sales

In our internal sales module, you can create bookings from scratch, search both your dynamic inventory and the pre defined packages. You can even create the bookings without adding payments to it, so ODIN will create the booking, set it to unpayed and unconfirmed. That way you can add payments later, or delete the booking should the customer not want to travel. Read more.

Mass email component

An optional addon to ODIN is a mass email component capable of emailing masses of users at a time with a personal email. You can setup groups that usesr can register and unregister from, and send email to one or more groups at a time. You can schedule the email so that it is sent during the night so that the email is the first thing the user sees when he or she logs on in the morning.

Media library

There is a central repository for all your media files. You can store them in one place and then hook them up to whichever object in ODIN you want to.
